OCA Global is awarded the Global Evaluation Monitoring Framework Agreement (GEMFA)

OCA Global is pleased to announce that it will participate in the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) "Global Evaluation Monitoring Framework Agreement (GEMFA)" framework contract.

This contract seeks to establish a new Global Evaluation Monitoring Framework Agreement (GEMFA) to ensure the provision of efficient and effective expert services for the design and implementation of monitoring and/or monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) of programs implemented by the FCDO and other government departments.

OCA Global will participate in "Lot 2 - Monitoring", and with this award OCA Global adds a new client to the list of clients it works with for Framework Contracts.

The GEMFA award expands OCA Global's portfolio of framework contracts, as it is currently involved in four other (multiple lot) framework contracts from different donors (EIB, EC and COLEAD).
