Marbella's beaches, the first to be certified 'S' for Sustainable Tourism thanks to OCA Global

The beaches of the Marbella Town Hall have been the first beaches to receive the 'S' Mark for Tourism Sustainability, following the audit carried out by OCA Global. The new brand launched by the Spanish Tourism Quality Institute (ICTE) aims to certify compliance with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in tourism organizations of the Institute for Spanish tourism quality.

Specifically, from OCA Global we have validated the first Sustainability Report on beaches carried out by Enrique Dominguez Cantero, together with the technical team of the Environment, Ports and Beaches Area.

The S mark is the third seal to be launched by the ICTE, after the Q for Tourism Quality and the Safe Tourism certificate.
