The general objective of the Agricultural Support Program of the European Union is to increase the volume and value of Afghanistan's agricultural production to improve the prosperity of rural communities.
OCA Global experts will carry out the overall independent evaluation of the performance of the EU Agriculture Support Program in Afghanistan taking into account intermediate and final results. In addition, they will analyze how these final results have been achieved with the aim of improving future EU actions in the country.
