The Bivalve Mollusc Purification and Expedition Center certifies its quality management system.

The Bivalve Molluscs Expedition and Depuration Center of the Confradía de pescadores de Sanlúcar de Barrameda (Cádiz) has certified its quality management system UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 by OCA Global, with the scope of "processing of bivalve molluscs: reception, depuration and first sale".
The fishing activity of the Purification and Expedition Center of Sanlúcar de Barrameda is the purification of mollusks by means of closed circuit and marketing of the clam by means of the computerized auction system under the guarantee and quality mark "Chirla del Golfo de Cádiz". The center is located in the facilities of the Confradía de pescadores next to the fish market in the port of Bonanza in Sanlúcar de Barrameda (Cádiz).
