The company Gil San has carried out with OCA Global the audit for the renewal of its "Q for Quality" mark for the Tourist Transport referential, awarded by theInstituto de Calidad Turística Española (ICTE) during the last April committee. According to the statistics of tourism certifications in Spain, Gil San would be the only one with "Q for Quality" in Andalusia and one of the thirteen in Spain.
The Q for Quality in tourist transport companies provides general guidelines for its use as an instrument to achieve customer satisfaction and ensure the quality of service. The standard is structured in generalities and tourism quality management system, as well as specific processes of Safety and Environment, Circulation and Operations, Hygiene and Maintenance, and Customer Service.
In addition, Gil San has been certified in quality UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015, environment UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015, occupational risk prevention OHSAS 18001:2007, road safety UNE-ISO 39001:2013 and public passenger transport UNE-EN 13816:2003, always under the continuous advice of the consulting company QMC Asociados.
