OCA Global collaborates with Grupo Pascual on a luxury residential tourism macro-project in Marbella

The OCA Global Málaga office has been awarded a new contract, in this case for the Construction department. In this sense, the delegation will provide services as Technical Control Agency for the underwriting of the Ten-Year Damage Insurance for Grupo Pascual in future projects in Marbella and Benahavis.

Real de la Quinta is a luxury residential tourism macro-project located in Marbella-Benahavis (Málaga), developed by Grupo Inmobiliario La Quinta, which is part of Corporación Empresarial Pascual. The complex will be ready in 2025 and 600 million euros will be invested in it with the construction of 1,000 high standing homes spread over four developments (Olivos, Quercus, Palmitos and Sabinas), as well as the creation of a 36,000 square meter recreational lake for water sports, a sandy beach, tennis/paddle tennis courts and a golf course.
