Delivery of ISO 14001 certification flags for Almuñécar's beaches

The Beaches Delegation of the City Council of Almuñécar (Granada) received last January 23 at the Andalusian Tourism stand of FITUR the ISO 14001 Certification Flags for the beaches of San Cristóbal, Puerta del Mar, La Herradura and Velilla by OCA Global. These new beaches are added to the Almuñécar Beaches Environmental Management System following the certification obtained during the 2017 summer season of Cantarriján Beach under the scope of the management carried out by the municipal services.

The Councilman of Tourism, Education and Beaches, Mr. Daniel Barbero, said that "with these we complete the quality certification of the five main beaches of the municipality.
