More than 70 business representatives met last Friday, January 24, at the headquarters of the Department of Territory and Sustainability of the Generalitat de Catalunya to learn about the conclusions of the COP25 organized by Chile and held in Madrid last December.
The event, co-organized by the Fundación Privada Empresa & Clima (FEC) and the Department, was led by Elvira Carles, Director of the FEC and also participated: Marta Subirá, Secretary of Environment and Sustainability of the Generalitat; Iñaki Gili, Head of Mitigation of the Catalan Office of Climate Change; Cristina Raventós, Manager of EcoAct in Spain; Sonia Garcinuño, Coordinator of Scientific Dissemination of the Culture and Scientific Dissemination Area of the "La Caixa" Banking Foundation; and Lluis Vilardell, Executive Director of the Consulting and Technical Advisory division of OCA Global.
After the intervention of the FEC member organizations, a debate was held among the attendees and the event concluded with the commitment to hold another similar meeting after the COP26 to be held in Glasgow between November 9 and 20 of this year.
